Who we are

Qurtuba Management is a Luxembourg-based alternative investment fund manager. We act as manager of alternative investment funds and take responsibility for portfolio and risk management, governance and regulatory compliance, so sponsors can focus on sourcing and investing.

We pair the discipline of the Luxembourg fund framework with digital infrastructure that lets fund interests be issued, held and transferred on distributed ledger technology.

What we do

Fund management

Acting as manager of Luxembourg alternative investment funds, covering portfolio and risk management, valuation oversight, investor onboarding and regulatory reporting.

How we work with sponsors

Structuring and launch

Selecting the right vehicle, coordinating counsel and service providers, and taking a fund from term sheet to first close.

Tokenized funds

Fund interests issued as digital tokens with investor eligibility and transfer rules built in, giving investors digital access to real assets through a regulated structure.

How a launch works

  1. Scope

We review the strategy, target investors and timeline, and recommend a structure.

  2. Structure

The vehicle, documentation and service providers are agreed, and tokenization is configured where relevant.

  3. Onboard

Investor due diligence and subscriptions, conventional or digital.

  4. Manage

Ongoing portfolio and risk oversight, valuation, investor reporting and regulatory filings.

Why Luxembourg

  • Europe's leading fund domicile, with an established network of depositaries, administrators and counsel.
  • Flexible partnership vehicles that can be launched without prior CSSF product approval.
  • A legal framework that recognises the issuance and transfer of securities on distributed ledgers.
